Terms of Service
Effective 7 August 2026
The agreement between you and PilotWorks4u. It covers pilotworks4u.com and the products run from it — DevPilot, SEOPilot and OpsPilot. By creating an account or paying us, you accept it.
1. What the products do
- DevPilot connects to a website you control, and changes it when you describe the change in plain English.
- SEOPilot connects to Google Search Console and Google Analytics and reports on what needs attention.
- OpsPilot is a managed system for leads, conversations, follow-ups, appointments, pipelines and reviews.
What each plan includes, and its limits, is on the product’s own page. Those limits are enforced by the software, not merely advertised.
2. DevPilot changes live websites
Read this even if you read nothing else.
DevPilot makes real changes to a real, public website using an AI model. That means:
- It can be wrong. An AI can misread an instruction, or read it correctly and do something you did not want.
- Every change is snapshotted first, and can be rolled back. That is the safety net, and it works for almost everything.
- Some things cannot be undone. A WordPress core update, emptying spam or trash, and a scheduled job that has already sent emails are examples. The product tells you when a change is on that list, before it happens, and you should read it.
- You are responsible for reviewing changes, and for keeping your own independent backups. Our snapshots are a convenience, not a backup service.
If you cannot accept that an automated tool might make a mistake on your live site, use the preview and approval flow rather than the unattended one — or do not use the product. We would rather say so now than argue about it later.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or over, and able to enter a contract.
- One person is responsible for each account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your login.
- Give us accurate details and keep them current.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.
4. Your site, your permission
By connecting a website, store or Google account, you confirm that you own it or are authorised by its owner to let software make changes to it.
This matters more than a usual terms clause: connecting a site hands over the ability to edit it. If you connect a client’s site, that is between you and your client, and getting their permission is your responsibility, not ours.
You are also responsible for the content you put on your site through our products, and for it being lawful.
5. What you must not do
- Break the law, or use our products to help anyone else break it.
- Connect a site you have no right to change.
- Try to get at another customer’s data, or at parts of our systems you were not given.
- Resell or white-label the product as your own unless we have agreed that in writing.
- Work around plan limits, share one account across separate businesses, or automate sign-ups.
- Put malware, phishing pages or spam onto a connected site.
- Enable untrusted public posting — open comments, unmoderated reviews — on a connected site. Our products read page content, so text a stranger can publish is text the AI will read.
We may suspend an account that does any of these, and we will tell you why.
6. Money
- Prices are quoted to you in writing before you pay, in the currency stated in the quote. Taxes are extra where they apply.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel.
- Setup and onboarding fees, where a plan has one, are charged once and are for work we perform.
- Usage above your plan’s allowance is charged at the rate stated in your quote, or simply refused — the quote says which applies to each limit.
- If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend the account until it clears. Your data is not deleted for a failed payment; see section 10.
- We may change prices with 30 days’ notice by email. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Refunds and cancellation are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. How and when you receive what you bought is covered by the Delivery Policy.
7. Who owns what
- You own your content — your website, your data, your text, your images, and anything our products produce for you on your site. We claim nothing in it.
- We own the products — the software, the interface, the name, and everything behind them. Your subscription is permission to use them, not ownership of them.
- You may give us feedback. If you do, we may act on it without owing you anything for it.
8. Other people’s services
Our products work with WordPress, Shopify, Google, GoHighLevel, AI providers and others. Those services have their own terms, they change without asking us, and they can go down. We are not responsible for what they do or fail to do. If one of them changes in a way that breaks part of our product, we will fix it as fast as we reasonably can and tell you in the meantime.
9. What we promise, and what we do not
We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care, and we will be straight with you when something goes wrong.
We do notpromise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that an AI’s output will be correct or suitable for a particular purpose, or that using SEOPilot will improve your search rankings — search rankings are decided by Google, not by us, and anyone who guarantees them is guessing.
Except for the promise in the first line of this section, the service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent Indian law allows.
10. Ending it
You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks section 5, that has not paid, or where we are required to by law. Except for non-payment or a legal requirement, we will give you notice and a chance to fix it first.
After it ends, you can export your data for 30 days. After 90 days it is deleted, as set out in the Privacy Policy. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
11. Liability
Nothing here limits liability that Indian law does not permit us to limit — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data beyond what our snapshots hold, or business interruption.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We say this plainly rather than in capitals: this is a low-cost software subscription, and the price does not carry the risk of a business’s entire revenue. Insure accordingly, and keep your own backups.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept it. If you do not, cancel — and if the change lands mid-period, we will refund the unused part.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaunpur, India.
Before going to court, please write to hello@pilotworks4u.com. Most things are faster to fix than to argue about.
