PilotWorks4u
About

An engineering shop that happens to run an agency.

Most automation agencies are marketers who bought a course and a software license. We came at it from the other direction.

PilotWorks4ustarted from a simple observation: small service businesses aren't short on leads. They're short on response. The phone rings at 6pm and nobody picks up. A quote request sits in an inbox until Monday. By then the customer has already hired someone else.

None of that is a marketing problem. It's an operations problem, and operations problems are solved with systems — which is what OpsPilot is.

We also build our own software. DevPilot, our product for managing websites through natural language, exists because we kept running into the same friction doing client work. SEOPilot is next, for the same reason. That habit — hitting a wall and then building the thing that removes it — is the whole company in one sentence.

How we're structured

One parent brand, two commercial pillars.

Future divisions stay reserved rather than publicly launched. A structure that can grow without renaming anything that already works.

Pilot Products
Scalable SaaS and AI tools

Reusable software products sold on subscription or usage. Each one solves a single large functional problem and carries its own modules inside.

OpsPilot
Done-for-you business operations and automation

The operating layer that runs leads, conversations, follow-ups, appointments, pipelines and reviews — implemented, branded and managed by us.

Naming rules

Every customer-facing product ends with "Pilot".

  • One-word functional category + Pilot: DevPilot, SEOPilot, OpsPilot, AdsPilot.
  • Spelling and capitalization stay identical everywhere.
  • No mixing of Pilot Flow, Flow Pilot, PilotFlow and FlowPilot across products.
  • Modules ship inside a product before any new top-level brand is created.
  • A separate Pilot only exists when it has a distinct buyer, workflow and revenue model.
  • Domain, social handles and trademark are checked before any public launch.
Revenue architecture

We tell clients how we make money.

Product revenue recurs, service revenue pays for the build. Knowing which is which keeps our advice honest.

Roadmap

What we're building, in order.

NOW

PilotWorks4u brand architecture locked. DevPilot V1 in build, with one landing page and a live demo.

NEXT

SEOPilot validated with agency partners through a prototype and concierge workflow.

PARALLEL

OpsPilot packages, onboarding checklists and industry-specific automation bundles.

LATER

Additional pilots launch only after demand is proven and the first two offers sell repeatably.

How we work

Four things we hold to

01
We quote in writing, early

Every build is scoped differently, so the price comes from the audit rather than a page. You get the full number in writing before you commit to anything — no discovery-call ritual to drag it out of us.

02
We tell you when the answer is no

Sometimes the honest recommendation is a smaller package, or nothing at all. A client who buys the wrong thing churns in three months anyway.

03
You own everything

Your contacts, conversations, and history belong to you. If you leave, we export it and hand it over. No hostage-taking.

04
We build, we don't just resell

We ship our own products. That means when your build needs something custom, we can actually write it instead of telling you it's not supported.

Straight answer

Who we're not a good fit for

  • Businesses looking for the cheapest option — there are hundreds of agencies below our price, and some of them are fine.
  • Anyone expecting automation to fix a service quality problem. Faster follow-up on a bad experience just spreads it faster.
  • Companies with very low lead volume. Below a certain number, the math doesn't work and we'll say so on the call.

Every day without this costs you money.

The audit is free and takes 30 minutes. You'll leave knowing exactly where your leads are leaking — whether or not you work with us.
